Contenido de la Publicación:La ley Nacional para Garantizar los Derechos de la niñez acorde con los principios de la convención sobre los Derechos del niño, consta de cuatro libros. El primero sobre Derechos Fundamentales y Principios Generales, el segundo sobre Derecho de Familia, el tercero referido a la Justicia Penal Juvenil y el cuarto, acerca del Organo Administrativo del Sistema de Protección(CONANI) y la Participación de l a Ciudadanía.
Abstract: The National law to guarantee the Rights of Children, in agreement with the principles of the Convention on the Rights of the Child, consists on four books. The first book abides on Fundamental Rights and General Principles; the second on Family Rights, the third party consists on Youth Penal Justice; and the fourth is about the Administrative Body of the System of Protection (CONANI) and Citizenship Participation.
